1. All parts returned to EXB (UK) Limited for any reason must be returned at the customers cost, if the part is returned as “no longer required” the delivery charges on the original invoice from EXB (UK) Limited will not be refunded. If a part is returned due to EXB (UK) Limited being at fault with the original delivery all carriage charges will be refunded. This returns process must take place within 10 days of the original invoice date and the part will be refunded in full.
